We require a $50 non-refundable fee to create an itinerary and inquire about accommodations for prospective trip dates. If the dates are available, then we will kindly request the full trip deposit ($500 per person) to confirm the reservations. The reservations will not be confirmed, and will be released after 72 hours from the initial inquiry, if no deposit is received. We will credit the $50 fee to the remaining trip balance if/when we receive a deposit. Only one set up fee per trip is required.
