In car-free Wengen you’ll enjoy lots of wood-paneled coziness with huge views over the Lauterbrunnen Valley, home to 72 cascading waterfalls. Mürren, also free from cars and perched dramatically on a cliff, is your ultimate destination on this memorable inn-to-inn hike through the Berner Oberland. A stroll through idyllic green meadows to the historic village of Gimmelwald, with its historic wooden chalets and flower boxes overflowing with red geraniums in every window, is one of the highlights of your stay in Mürren.
